Shipping Information

We ship only within Germany.

Shipping costs within Germany depend on the order value:

• EUR 3.95 via DHL for orders up to a value of EUR 49.99

• EUR 6.92 via DHL for orders valued between EUR 50.00 and EUR 74.99

• Free shipping via DHL for orders from EUR 75.00

Shipping costs include VAT.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2–5 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment). We ship the package the day after payment is received.

Please note that there is no shipping or delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed upon. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

For pre-orders, shipping begins on the official release date.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website electronically. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
